Retaining ECA is about retaining people: people to focus on your needs, your values, your objectives. ECA is structured to reflect this, with 4 key company areas:

Each key area is managed by a Senior Manager, reporting to the Directors. These 7 people make up the ECA senior management:

Patricia Mellor - founder Director of ECA in 1986
Helen Young - joined ECA in 1999 becoming HR & IT Senior Manager in 2001
Paula Needham - joined ECA in 1989 becoming Company Secretary in 1994
Stephen Mellor - joined ECA in 1989 becoming Managing Director in 1994
Martin Needham - joined ECA in 1999 becoming Client Services Senior Manager in 2001
Steve Silverwood - joined ECA in 1993 as Client Services Senior Manager
Lindsey Taylor - joined ECA in 1993 becoming Negotiations & Utility Connections Senior Manager in 2001
Reporting to the Senior Managers are the key personnel, including the Account Managers.
