Steve joined ECA in 2003 as a Senior Manager for the Client Team. Having spent more years than his youthful looks would suggest within corporate animals such as American Express, HFC and HSBC he took the cultural change easily in his stride. He was invited to join the Board Of Directors in May 2008 as a reflection of his skills, expertise and dedication to the 'customer experience', all honed over the years in the financial, banking and travel industries. Along with Lisa he is the 'do-er' of the team, taking our ideas and making them practical and deliverable. Away from the office Steve runs, and runs, and runs, and runs: sometimes I wonder why he even has a car. What else? Married, 2 children and is a Barnsley FC fan (and I am not allowed to make any comment about that last bit).
