Martin joined us in 1999 as the account manager for Compass, then a Senior Manager for the Client Team, before moving to the same position in Negotiations and is now our Director Of Energy Procurement, and our designated energy market anorak.   I have known him personally for many years pre-ECA and it is fair to say that the jolly japes and scrapes of our younger days are either recounted with great pride or lay deeply hidden in vows of secrecy.   Prior to ECA he has worked in HR, facilities management and support services and away from ECA his time is consumed by his adorable young family, his weekly 5-a-side and golf but no longer pantomimes (you had best ask him yourself about that last bit)."
