Lisa Griffiths joined ECA in 2005 as Company Secretary, being qualified in both law and accountancy.  Her hard work, dedication and eye for detail were rewarded with her appointment as Finance Director in May 2008. Since joining the company not only does she run the Companies finances with a fist of steel but she also provides an impartial, grounded and well balanced sounding board to some of the mad ideas floated by her fellow directors and in particular providing some sanity to our MD's creative streak. Away from the office Lisa is a bit of a sailing freak and can often be found hanging by her fingernails in the middle of some mad storm and loving every minute of it.
